A 19th century hand-scrivened armorial banner, the crest of the maritime port city of Portsmouth, with the Royal Navy anchor and a naval coronet. Watercolour on shaped card and velvet backing.
In excellent condition with no glass damage and no losses to the watercolour.
Approximate frame dimensions are 19.5 cm length and 18 cm width.
Approximate weight is 338 grams.
