Riscossa is the brand of pasta that Nonna Romana sold in her Bottega in Italy starting in 1945. Riscossa pasta is produced in Corato (about 20 miles away from our hometown Mola di Bari, Puglia) and is the brand of pasta that all Pugliesi love. I’m happy to continue Nonna Romana’s tradition of making this pasta available in my Bottega.
