Oblong cushion made of a panel of early 1900 Zhuang wedding blanket. The fabric is woven on a narrow loom and the ground is made of heavy cotton embroidered with silk thread. Made with natural dyes.
Zhuang is an ethnic group in Guangxi Zhuang, Southern China
The back of these cushions is made of silk douppion in a very dark purple to match.
